Printing guide
Included in your ZIP. Use flexible TPU for the case.
Material and scale
Import the STL in millimetres at 100% scale. Use flexible TPU and the settings recommended for your printer, filament and build plate.
Rigid materials may not flex enough to fit around the retaining lip. STL does not store colour; choose your filament colour yourself.
Orientation and supports
Place the flat outside back on the bed, with the cavity facing up. Check the layer preview and retaining lip before printing.
Printable shell
Vertical exterior walls, smooth plan-view corners, a 0.4 mm 45° bed-facing chamfer and a 0.5 mm rounded upper rim. Rear contours affect the cavity only. Open edges have no retaining hooks.
Retaining lip: 0.5 mm per side. This lip is intended for flexible TPU; use a physical fit test.
Device fit
Device envelope: 174.2 × 124.6 × 8.1 mm (height × width × maximum thickness). The 2 mm corner radius is a conservative estimate; the rear contour has not been measured.
Published dimensions do not certify physical fit.
Shell and fit
The base is 2.4 mm thick, with nominal 1.6 mm walls and 0.35 mm clearance per side. Walls can be thicker around the inner rear contour. Open edges: bottom. These broad openings preserve controls and USB-C access without assuming precise port offsets.
This is an untested physical prototype: print a fit test before a final case. Mesh checks do not guarantee fit or surface quality.
